Client referral leads quickly to new project

    This is an example of how fast a client referral can develop into new business...all via email. Note that we presented our pricing via email instead of a formal quote, to speed up the process. Also, the communications with the client was handled by several MV project managers (whoever happened to be around), probably because we busy and didn't have time to initiate a formal introduction and kickoff meeting with the client). This did not bother the client, and project still ran smoothly.    
        
    This client is a field marketing manager, which is ideal for MV because field people have the most urgency and tend to let MV "run with it."

    Sorry, I missed your call. Maybe I can line out what is needed via email.    
        
    I need 2 email blasts. I have a 3rd party that will be sending the blasts for me, so I just need the HTML files for them. The emails are being sent to a targeted customer base of 90k customers. I am still trying to solidify the email content, but attached you will find the general direction I am going.    
        
    I also need 2 banners that tie somewhat with the email message. Animated GIFs are fine for both.

    Yes, we do email blasts. Cost per email blast is $300 for up to 5,000 names, and $450 for 5,000-10,000 names. The cost for creating an HTML email is the same rate as creating a Landing Page (which is $600, as stated in the table below).     
        
    So the Scope of Work should cover:    
        
    2 Animated GIF Banner ads (one 125x125 and one 728x90) - $1200     
    2 HTML Emails (one for now and another for August/September) - $1200     
    2 Email Blasts - $300 (assuming that each email blast will have maximum of 5,000 names)     
        
    TOTAL: $2,700

I could be convinced to just one 125x125 and one 728x90 though (since the content is rather thin). Specs are attached, Content is going to be on XXXXX. I need to work on the email content, but the banner will be something like    
        
    ‘Get XXXX for as little as $99’ then click on banner to learn more, and it’ll send you to the company store. Basically promoting the $99 upgrade from any old version of XXXXX.     
        
    Please let me know if this is something you provide and what the cost would be.
