Editor's Note: This is an example of how fast a client referral can develop into new business...all via email. Note that we presented our pricing via email instead of a formal quote, to speed up the process. Also, the communications with the client was handled by several MV project managers (whoever happened to be around), probably because we busy and didn't have time to initiate a formal introduction and kickoff meeting with the client). This did not bother the client, and project still ran smoothly.
