Marketing Valet's Monthly Support Plan provides around-the-clock creative production services for a fixed monthly fee. Enrolled customers will have a dedicated project manager and an entire marketing production team at their disposal.

Monthly Support Plan is ideal for companies with understaffed marketing departments.  We provide them with the same quality and speed of service that we provide our best clients in exchange for their long-term commitment.

General Terms

• Hours: Up to 30 hours per week or 130 hours per month.
• 3-month contract: $3,200 per month.
• 6-month contract: $2,500 per month.
• Signing bonus: Free 2-minute Flash demo with 12-month commitment.
• Cancellation: One month notice required. Customers with 6-month contracts must pay the accrued difference between the 6-month and 3-month plans. Customers with 12-month contracts must pay for their Flash demo if it has already been produced.
• Overtime charge: $30 per hour beyond the allowance of 130 hours per month.
• Credits: Unused hours may be credited at a rate of $20 per  hour towards services not covered under this plan, i.e. video production, web development. All remaining credits expire at end of contract. 
• Invoices: To be sent out at the beginning of each month, payable within 30 days.
